As a Senior Search Associate at DSG Global, Gina Wrolstad Kueber executes C-suite and executive-level searches for nonprofit and mission-driven clients.

She also leads all aspects of candidate engagement, including targeted outreach, screening conversations, client interviews, and finalist coordination.

Her background includes team leadership and project management across the concert dance field and organizations serving communities with disabilities. Prior to DSG | Koya, she supported brand-aligned initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and conference coordination, as well as contributed to multidisciplinary work focused on adaptive and physically integrated dance practices.

A native Coloradan and current Chicagoan, Gina spends her free time skiing, hiking, attending dance and music performances, and trying new restaurants in the city.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Loyola University Chicago.
