Bryan Christianson is an accomplished healthcare business executive with extensive leadership experience in driving growth and strategic client engagement across executive recruitment, interim leadership, and broader workforce solutions. For more than a decade, he led client development at one of the healthcare industry’s largest executive recruitment firms and played a key role in its successful acquisition and integration into a leading healthcare staffing and workforce solutions company.

He is recognized for his deep expertise in the strategic and operational aspects of healthcare delivery, advising clients and candidates on the leadership capabilities necessary to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals. His work has included placing leaders at national healthcare systems, community hospitals, pediatric organizations, and more. With over twenty-five years of experience in healthcare, Bryan has built an extensive network of healthcare executives and is exceptionally well-positioned to connect leaders with one another.

Bryan and his family reside in the Kansas City metropolitan area. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration from Concordia College–Moorhead and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
