Amanda Shumaker joins EWF as an accomplished events and association management professional with more than 15 years of experience leading conferences, meetings, and membership initiatives.
She holds a degree in Business Administration in Management from The University of North Carolina, Charlotte where she first discovered her passion for creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. Since earning her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2014, Amanda has successfully managed events ranging from intimate board meetings to large-scale international conferences, consistently driving engagement, sponsorship growth, and attendee satisfaction.
She has served in senior operations and account executive roles, where she oversaw cross-functional teams, streamlined workflows with innovative tools and AI, and developed strategies that elevated member and stakeholder experiences. Her expertise spans strategic planning, client relations, sponsorship development, and onsite event execution.
