Hazel serves as Lead, Institutes & Partnerships for Yardstick Institute and as a Senior Consultant with DSG Consulting. She brings more than 15 years of experience building strategic partnerships, driving commercial growth, and expanding global market presence for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Playboy, McLaren, WWE, and a Silicon Valley technology startup.
Throughout her career, Hazel has led complex initiatives spanning strategic partnerships, licensing, brand strategy, market development, communications, and business transformation. She has managed multimillion-dollar relationships across EMEA, APAC, and North America, helping organizations strengthen partnerships, unlock new revenue opportunities, and expand their presence in competitive global markets.
Prior to joining Yardstick Institute, Hazel managed Playboy Enterprises’ strategic partnerships and licensing business across the UK and EMEA, overseeing consumer products, international publishing, mobile, and gaming partnerships. In this role, she led high-profile collaborations with brands including YSL, Coco de Mer, and Missguided, driving brand growth and market expansion.
Known for her ability to align diverse stakeholders and translate strategy into action, Hazel partners with leaders to develop meaningful relationships, create sustainable growth opportunities, and deliver measurable business impact.
Hazel resides in the United Kingdom with her pup and is passionate about fitness, wellbeing, and travel.
