She began her career at Robert Half, a world renowned Fortune 500 staffing and professional services firm, focusing on technology leadership. She then joined CTPartners, at the time the world’s fifth-largest executive search firm, completing searches for leaders in emerging technologies, analytics, cyber readiness, and digital transformation.
At Booz Allen Hamilton, a $10B premier provider of technology and consulting services to government clients, she led senior executive searches advancing digital, cyber, and intelligence capabilities. She later joined Avanade, a $6B Microsoft–Accenture joint venture and the #1 provider of Microsoft services globally, where she built the executive hiring function and recruited leaders across cloud, cyber, data, and enterprise transformation.
Lavonne founded The Talent Advisory, a boutique retained search firm delivering inclusive recruiting practices and building best-in-class processes to drive retention and long-term impact. Most recently, as Director of Global Executive Talent Acquisition at Eaton, a $25 billion Fortune 500 industrial company, she built and led a global executive recruiting team, partnering closely with the C-suite during a CEO transition to lead executive hiring and overseeing hundreds of senior leadership engagements annually across analytics, cyber resilience, intelligent manufacturing, digital supply chain, and data center operations.
She has recruited CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CAIOs (Chief Artificial Intelligence Officers), CMOs, Presidents, and General Managers—leaders who drive enterprise transformation and sustained growth.
