Senior Search Coordinator

As a Senior Search Coordinator, Kimmi supports Liz Lombard, Managing Director, Executive Search and Angie Sessoms, Managing Associate in the Nonprofit and Social Impact Practice. Kimmi has more than 24 years of executive search experience.

Prior to joining the firm, Kimmi was an Executive Search Coordinator in the Healthcare Practice at Witt Kieffer Executive Search Firm. Kimmi also worked as an Executive Assistant at Spencer Stuart Executive Search Firm, supporting two executive-level consultants. She developed an extensive understanding of search through healthcare and executive practices. Kimmi’s passion is to assist in the need to identify and place leaders into organizations that prioritize value and experience.
