Courtney Minden brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education leadership and enrollment management, advising institutions on strategy, leadership, and institutional positioning across highly selective colleges and universities.

In 2022, Courtney founded Minden Advisory Group, where she partners with colleges, universities, and individuals navigating a rapidly evolving higher education landscape. Her work centers on enrollment strategy, organizational leadership, and data-informed decision-making, often supporting institutions during periods of transition and growth. Her clients have included Regis College, Dartmouth College, New England Conservatory, and Mount Holyoke College.

Prior to launching her consulting practice, Courtney spent a decade at Babson College, including serving as Vice President for Enrollment Management. In this role, she led a comprehensive enrollment strategy that increased application volume, strengthened selectivity, and enhanced student diversity. Earlier in her career, she held admissions leadership roles at Tufts University and worked in the Career Development Office at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
