With experience spanning consulting, research, social impact, and organizational development, Gilberto brings a unique ability to connect data, people, and business objectives to drive meaningful outcomes. He partners with executive leaders to translate complex information into actionable insights, helping organizations strengthen performance, optimize operations, and make informed decisions that support long-term growth.

Prior to joining DSG Global, Gilberto served as Lab Manager at the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan, where he analyzed global market trends, workforce movements, and emerging economic patterns to support research and strategic initiatives. His experience also includes co-founding an educational nonprofit accelerator, further deepening his expertise in social impact, organizational development, and cross-sector collaboration.
