Gilberto Orozco serves as Senior Director, Strategy & Operations for DSG Global Consulting where he where he helps organizations navigate complex challenges through data-driven strategy, data analytics, and human-centered problem solving for clients across technology, education, healthcare, nonprofit, and social impact sectors.

With experience spanning consulting, research, social impact, and organizational development, Gilberto brings a unique ability to connect data, people, and business objectives to drive meaningful outcomes. He partners with executive leaders to translate complex information into actionable insights, helping organizations strengthen performance, optimize operations, and make informed decisions that support long-term growth.

Prior to joining DSG Global, Gilberto served as Lab Manager at the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan, where he analyzed global market trends, workforce movements, and emerging economic patterns to support research and strategic initiatives. His experience also includes co-founding an educational nonprofit accelerator, further deepening his expertise in social impact, organizational development, and cross-sector collaboration.

Known for combining analytical rigor with a practical, people-centered approach, Gilberto advises organizations on how to leverage data, optimize operations, and build strategies that create measurable impact.

Passionate about the intersection of people, organizations, and societal progress, Gilberto is dedicated to helping leaders build stronger organizations that create lasting value. He resides in Brooklyn, New York, and enjoys travel, marathon training, and cooking for friends and family.
