Contact Matthew Marsallo
Matthew has spent his entire career in education and brings experience in various administrative positions at both the secondary school and university level.
Matthew has recruited for searches across a variety of roles in the education sector, including presidents, chancellors, heads of school, vice presidents, enrollment managers, and deans, among others.
Before entering the executive search sector, Matthew was a major gifts officer at Gill St. Bernard’s, an independent day school in Gladstone, New Jersey. In this role, Matthew raised funds for current use, capital projects, and the endowment.
Previously, Matthew worked in development for Columbia University where he was a part of the annual fund team for Columbia College and managed the 30th and 35th reunion efforts. Matthew has also worked in admissions offices at multiple independent schools.
