Alexandra Taranto serves as the Director of DSG Global’s Connected Leadership practice, partnering closely with Managing Director, Heather Campion.
In this role, Alexandra supports the day-to-day operations of the practice, leveraging her project management expertise to deliver purpose-driven outcomes. She is instrumental in designing and executing strategic executive engagement plans and high impact convenings, ensuring each initiative advances client objectives and enhances leadership connectivity.
Prior to joining DSG, Alexandra gained valuable experience as a Policy & Communication Intern at the Biden Institute, where she developed communication initiatives, supported policy- driven messaging aligned with the Institute’s mission, and conducted in-depth research. While pursuing her degree in Organizational & Community Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Delaware, she further honed her leadership and mentoring skills as a Peer Mentor and Student Teacher for first-year students.
