Shannon joined DSG Global in February 2021. As Senior Director, Administrative and Search Operations, she is responsible for managing staffing, accountabilities, and performance of the Research Associates assigned to searches and other projects within the Corporate Practice.
She also conducts primary and secondary research on multiple complex and high-profile executive search assignments. Additionally, Shannon participates as a member of search teams and assists developing search strategy, executing that strategy, and supporting the Associate that is performing quality candidate development.
