Hendrix College is pleased to announce Quincy Davidson as vice president for advancement. A seasoned leader in higher education philanthropy and alumni engagement, Davidson brings nearly two decades of experience building philanthropic support and strengthening institutional relationships. He will begin his new role this summer.

Davidson joins Hendrix from Boston University where he led a major gifts team focused on regional, athletics, and parent philanthropy. Prior to that, he held several leadership positions at Ithaca College, including interim vice president for philanthropy and engagement. In that role, he oversaw advancement services, alumni engagement, and development efforts during a transformative period marked by the COVID-19 pandemic and institutional restructuring. His leadership at Ithaca helped foster deeper alumni connections and significantly increase philanthropic support during a critical time.
