Chris Clarey is a Managing Director at DSG Global, where he advises companies, investors, and senior leadership teams on critical executive talent needs.

Based in Houston, Chris brings more than 15 years of executive search experience, with particular depth across commercial real estate, infrastructure, and energy. He partners with public and private companies, investment managers, developers, and private equity-backed organizations on C-suite and senior leadership searches spanning investment, development, capital markets, asset management, finance, and other key functions.

Chris has developed strong relationships throughout Texas and the Sunbelt while working with clients and candidates across the United States and internationally.

Prior to joining DSG Global in 2026, Chris held roles with Keller Augusta, Ferguson Partners, Heidrick & Struggles, and Korn Ferry. He began his search career in Korn Ferry’s Global Oil & Gas Practice before transitioning into commercial real estate and real assets.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Mississippi, with a minor in Mandarin Chinese, and studied at Beijing Foreign Studies University in Beijing, China.
