Tuskegee University is pleased to announce that Dr. Sean Edmund Rogers has been appointed the new Dean of the Andrew F. Brimmer College of Business and Information Science.

The accomplished educator, administrator, scholar and teacher has more than 25 years of experience spanning academic leadership and faculty service, corporate roles and military service in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force.

Dr. Rogers served most recently as dean of the University of Rhode Island College of Business, where he also held the Alfred J. Verrecchia-Hasbro Inc. Leadership Chair in Business. During his tenure as dean, their college of business achieved record application and enrollment levels, increased student job placement rates and implemented curriculum updates and new undergraduate and graduate degree programs aligned with market trends, employer demands and Artificial Intelligence and technological innovations.

Brown, President and CEO. “His experience and leadership will influence the experience and outcomes of our students in a variety of ways. Graduates are expected to be well-informed, ethical, and responsible citizens engaging in lifelong learning and succeeding in a global society.
