Stephen “Steve” Morreale oversees and leads critical functions across the firm, including finance, operations, technology, human resources, and administration. In addition to his integral role in daily operations, Steve actively contributes to expansion initiatives across the United States, managing global partnership activities to shape the firm’s international presence and global endeavors.

Steve serves as a liaison to international partners, focusing on developing and managing the firm’s brand and global presence.

He has led notable initiatives, including acquiring and integrating seven firms and staffing new U.S. offices over his 30 plus years with the firm.

Prior to Steve’s current role, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer of Management Recruiters International, the permanent staffing division of CDI Corporation, a NYSE company.

Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller for Right Management Consultants, also an NYSE company. He began his career with the accounting firm Ernst & Young, where he was a Manager for over seven years, before joining Diversified Search as Chief Financial Officer in 1993. He rejoined the firm in 2006.

He is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
