Nicole brings more than 25 years of global executive search experience to mission-driven organizations across international development, social finance, human rights, global health, philanthropy, and social impact. Nicole partners with leaders worldwide to recruit senior executives who advance equity, strengthen global systems, and drive meaningful change.

Nicole has led searches for Chief Executives, C-suite leaders, Founders, Board Directors, and Regional and Country Directors for organizations operating across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Her clients include Opportunity Finance Network, Gates – Strategic Investment Fund, Oxfam, Amnesty International, the Bridgespan Group, World Vision International, CARE USA, ChildFund International, Doctors for Choice, G4 Alliance, Synergos, Porticus Foundation, the Hewlett Foundation, International Confederation of Midwives, Mastercard Foundation, Greenpeace International, the Green Climate Fund, Environmental Defense Fund, Global Reporting Initiative, VisionFund International, Accion, Oikocredit, Women for Women International, Twaweza, Haki Elimu and the African Population & Health Research Center, among others.

A frequent speaker and facilitator, Nicole has delivered presentations for Syracuse University’s Maxwell School Transnational NGO Initiative, InterAction, the Ronald McDonald House Global Leadership Conference, the GIIN Investor Forum, Mission Investors Exchange Institute, and National Association for Women’s Business Owners. Her work centers on integrating purpose, leadership practice, and cross-cultural understanding.

Nicole serves on the boards of RefuSHE and ChildFund International and previously served on the board of the Global Fund for Children.

Having lived and worked in Romania, Kenya, Hungary, and London for more than two decades, Nicole now splits her time between Chicago, Washington, DC, New York, and the US Virgin Islands—as well as her global playground.
