Shannon O’Neill serves mission-driven clients around the country, focusing on the nonprofit and social impact sectors.
Shannon brings almost 15 years of progressive experience in higher education.
Before entering the executive search sector, Shannon served as the Director of Stewardship and Donor Relations at Providence College, a liberal arts institution in Providence, Rhode Island.
She deeply values her advancement work, which has given her a strong appreciation for the power within a relationship to transform lives. Experienced in relationship-building and project management, Shannon brings a commitment to equity and a DEI lens to her role at DSG Global.
In her free time, she is passionate about her role as mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rhode Island, cooking and baking, and being outdoors with her rescue dog, Lucy.
