Abby brings to executive search recruitment nearly a decade of experience in both higher education and secondary education. She has served previously as a Senior Assistant Director of Admissions at her undergraduate alma mater, where she managed enrollment communications, before transitioning to a college counseling role at a private secondary school. She has helped lead searches for the roles of president/chancellor, provost, dean, and other senior leaders at different institutions across the nation from R1 AAU institutions to small liberal arts colleges and all those in between.

Before joining the firm, Abby also worked as an auxiliary application reader for the Wharton MBA program. Abby previously served her undergraduate alma mater as a member of the young alumni council.
