Boston Children’s Health Physicians (BCHP) along with Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center and the Department of Pediatrics at New York Medical College have initiated a search to identify candidates to serve as the Chief of the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology for all three organizations. This key physician leadership role leads all clinical, educational, and administrative activities of the division.
In addition to the Division Chief, the Endocrinology division includes three attending physicians and one nurse practitioner, a superb multidisciplinary team, and is well positioned to grow significantly over the next few years. The division cares for inpatients at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and outpatients in Westchester and surrounding counties.
Qualifications
- Board certified in Pediatric Endocrinology
- Licensed or ability to obtain license in New York
- Eligible for the academic rank of Associate Professor of Pediatrics or higher
- Ability to lead a diverse group in clinical, research, and teaching programs
- Track record of collaborating with hospital and academic department partners
- Mentoring experience
- Financial budgeting and resource management experience

Compensation
BCHP offers a competitive compensation package and a stimulating work environment, which includes the following as outlined below:
- The Good Faith Estimated Annual Salary Range is 250,000-$280,000
