Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the President will provide mission-centered, faith-informed leadership to advance Trocaire’s strategic vision while ensuring the College’s mission and long-term vitality through collaboration, innovation, and deep engagement with the campus and community stakeholders.

The next President will possess the strategic vision, financial acumen, and decisive leadership necessary to strengthen the College's long-term sustainability while advancing enrollment growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and enhancing organizational capacity. As the visible face of the institution throughout Western New York, the President will be an effective storyteller and ambassador who elevates the College's visibility, communicates its distinctive value and transformative impact, inspires confidence among internal and external stakeholders, and secures the resources necessary to ensure that future generations of students continue to benefit from a Trocaire education. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking leader who embraces innovation while remaining grounded in the College's Catholic and Mercy mission.
