CATCH - Citizens Acting Together Can Help, Inc., Director of Development, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
About CATCH

CATCH (Citizens Acting Together Can Help, Inc.) believes that all individuals deserve a caring community, a place to call home - however temporary - and, most importantly, a level of personal dignity that comes from functioning as independently as possible.

For over 40 years, CATCH has provided a comprehensive continuum of treatment, training and education, residential, consultation, and family support services to persons with cognitive delays, behavioral health issues, intellectual disabilities, and substance abuse challenges across South Philadelphia and the broader region.

CATCH’s programs span outpatient mental health, adult and children’s case management, crisis residential care, intellectual disability and autism services, supported employment, substance abuse treatment at River’s Bend Addiction Treatment Unit, and fitness and transportation services. CATCH is deeply woven into the fabric of its communities and guided by a compassionate, relationship-centered culture built over more than four decades.

With a $32 million operating budget and a newly appointed CEO, CATCH is entering an exciting chapter of strategic investment and growth. The organization is now focused on building the infrastructure, systems, and philanthropic capacity needed to elevate mission impact and expand the reach of its life-changing programs.

The Opportunity

CATCH seeks its first-ever Director of Development to build the organization’s philanthropic program from the ground up. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a visionary fundraiser to establish strategy, systems, and relationships that will define CATCH’s philanthropic identity for years to come.

The Director of Development will partner directly with CATCH’s CEO and Chief of Staff to architect a development function that complements and amplifies the organization’s primarily government-funded service model. CATCH has the infrastructure, technology, and organizational commitment in place — what it needs now is a skilled fundraiser with the entrepreneurial instincts and mission passion to build something meaningful.

This role offers visibility across the full organization and access to a board that is actively growing under new leadership. The Director of Development will serve as CATCH’s primary spokesperson for philanthropic engagement, working to diversify revenue, steward existing donors, and introduce CATCH’s compelling story to new audiences. The role is based full-time in Philadelphia, with offices on Lombard Street.
