The Opportunity
Kidango is seeking an experienced Chief Operations and Strategy Officer (COSO) to lead our organization's operational strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader with proven expertise in implementing strategic frameworks for defining and tracking objectives and outcomes . The COSO will ensure that a well-understood and widely communicated strategy drives scaling at Kidango. Reporting to the CEO, the COSO is responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and performance measurement across all departments; facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring our operations align directly with our mission and strategic goals. The COSO will lead operational functions, including Nutrition Services, Facilities, Administrative Services, and Enrollment.
