We are proud to partner with Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS) as they seek a Vice President, Accelerator and Community Health to lead and advance clinical outcomes and community engagement as part of their Health Accelerator.
Boston Medical Center Health System’s Accelerator was created in 2021 to pioneer a new approach for advancing health outcomes, addressing limitations in traditional methodologies. To better understand and mitigate drivers of social, economic, and health inequities, the Accelerator challenges conventional thinking by re-evaluating conclusions derived from standard statistical analyses and incorporating insights from data subjects and community partners to provide context and clarity. With focused, multidisciplinary teams, the Accelerator is designed to be dynamic, innovative, and action-oriented, breaking from convention to drive meaningful change to improve health outcomes. It is guided by principles of transformation, accountability, and outcomes, emphasizing a bias toward swift action and results.

- Transform - scale infrastructure to enable innovative, focused, programming and partnerships.
- Deliver - continue to scale focused clinical programs such as cancer screenings, outcomes improvement programs for perinatal patients, and achieving improved outcomes in Diabetes (AcHTD) and other clinical entities.
- Elevate - scale our national impact through expanding BMC’s research portfolio and securing new external funding.
The accelerator purposefully brings together clinical care, community and social support, research and education, and policy advocacy to develop and execute comprehensive solutions.
