Guiding Eyes for the Blind is pleased to announce that Christopher Perry has joined the organization as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 3, 2025.
Perry is a seasoned nonprofit executive with a distinguished career spanning leadership roles in several mission-driven organizations. He employs a servant leadership approach and has a proven track record of driving organizational growth, increasing fundraised revenue, and enhancing program impact at organizations he has managed.
Since 2018, Perry has served as President & CEO of Spectrum for Living, a New Jersey nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Under his leadership, the organization expanded its reach through 26 program locations, serving more than 1,000 adults annually while employing more than 600 personnel. His previous leadership roles include Executive Director positions at Ronald McDonald House Charities New York Tri-State Area, College Summit New York, and Boys Hope Girls Hope of New York. He began his nonprofit career at Covenant House New York, where he provided legal advocacy and services to homeless and runaway youth.
