Outside of work, Maggie and her husband are passionate about investing in their rural Alabama hometown. Together, they have been involved in revitalization efforts that support local small businesses, strengthen community connections, and contribute to the long-term growth of their downtown. Maggie believes that helping organizations find exceptional leaders and helping communities thrive both begin with the same principle: investing in people.
