Julie Schrodt brings more than a decade of higher education experience with the last five years as a senior executive search consultant at Greenwood Asher & Associates. She brings a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and cultivating lasting institutional partnerships.
With a laser focus on aligning high-caliber talent at the president, provost, cabinet-level, and dean roles in regional comprehensive and research institutions, Julie leverages her ability to establish meaningful connections to ensure successful outcomes.
Prior to entering into executive search, Julie served in senior leadership at Northwest Florida State College, gaining experience that gives her rare insight into the institutional dynamics, governance structures, and leadership priorities that define higher education clients.
