Graham joined the firm as a Research Strategist in 2014, shortly after earning his BA in Political Science from St. Louis University.
Throughout each search engagement, Graham develops a focused sourcing strategy, working with clients and the search team to identify appropriate candidates meeting the specific client’s needs.
During his time with the company, Graham has sought candidates specializing in the highly varied fields of bioinformatics, human resources, pediatric critical care, pharmacy services, and surgery. He has spent months developing the most exhaustive hospital medicine database in the company’s history.
