Anne Ravert, J.D., is the SVP Human Resources at DSG Global. Her work at DSG, a PE-backed professional services firm, proudly supports the business from an HR perspective and the executive search work of the firm in all areas including: Corporate, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Nonprofit and Social Impact sectors. Her work includes leading all aspects of the employee lifecycle, as well as benefits, payroll administration, performance management and development, firmwide-training, policy creation, employee support, internal recruiting, and HR compliance and analytics efforts for the firm. Before DSG, she spent close to ten years at Campbell Soup Company, where she began as a member of the tax practice, eventually shifting her focus to human resources, specifically employee and executive compensation, the employee stock plan and its structure, as well as organizational development for all sectors of the Soup business.

Anne was also a finalist for the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award in 2024.

Ravert is also currently a Producer of 14 films, a television pilot, and a play. Her films include both independent feature films and film shorts, with both national and international recognition and distribution.

Ravert’s producing work includes: Producer of the music video (film short) Braided, from the independent feature film, Indigo Valley (January 1, 2020 release date), nominated for a 2019 Hollywood Music in Media Award for Best Original Song, Independent Film.

Ravert is a current Committee Member for the annual Barnes Foundation Art Ball, as well as on the Honorary Benefit Committee for the Print Center of Philadelphia. She is also a Board Member of the Penn State Dickinson Law Alumni Society Board of Directors, after her prior terms as a member of both Penn State Law Alumni Society Board of Directors and the Board of Directors for BalletX.

Ravert is also a member of The Forum of Executive Women (full membership) and a Committee Member on The Forum of Executive Women’s DEI Committee.

Anne was also an Adjunct Professor of Business at Drexel University, LeBow College of Business for three years.

Anne holds a BA in Political Science from Bucknell University and a JD from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. She also holds a certificate from Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.
