About Covenant House Georgia
At Covenant House Georgia (CHGA), young people ages 18–24 find more than a place to stay—they find safety, belonging, and hope. For 25 years, CHGA has stood as a sanctuary for youth in crisis, offering unconditional love, absolute respect, and relentless support on their path forward. Since opening its doors in 2000, CHGA has welcomed more than 20,000 young people into its programs and has served thousands more through street outreach and community partnerships. What began as a small drop-in center has evolved into a comprehensive continuum of care designed to meet young people wherever they are in their journey toward stability and independence. CHGA is an affiliate of the Covenant House International (CHI) federation, the largest primarily privately funded charity in North and Central America, providing immediate and long-term support for young people facing homelessness and survivors of trafficking. Since its founding in 1972, CHI has supported more than 1.5 million youth.
As part of the established Covenant House network, CHGA benefits from a proven model with more than 50 years of impact across over 30 cities in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. In FY25, the network reached more than 63,000 young people across five countries—demonstrating both the scale of the need and the power of the mission.
Joining at a pivotal moment, the next Chief Financial Officer of CHGA will partner with a new CEO to strengthen the organization's financial foundation, drive strategic initiatives, and position the organization for its next chapter of impact.
