The UCI Department of Medicine, in partnership with DSG-Grant Cooper, is seeking candidates for a Health Sciences or Clinical X faculty position in the Division of Hematology/Oncology with a clinical and research focus in Multiple Myeloma, at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level. Applicants should demonstrate a strong record of scholarly activity in translational, clinical, or population-based research related to hematologic malignancies.
Candidates must show recent success in or potential for securing extramural research funding, along with a commitment to advancing patient care, research, and education within a diverse academic environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams are essential. Preferred qualifications include any experience in CAR-T or cellular therapy clinical trials, track record of interdisciplinary collaboration, any prior experience working in an academic medical center and teaching experience in medical education.
The incumbent will provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient care in Multiple Myeloma, participate in clinical trials and/or investigator-initiated research, and contribute to the teaching of fellows, residents, and medical students. Responsibilities also include participation in university and public service.

Eligibility
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
- Eligible for a California medical license
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Hematology/Oncology

Salary
The salary range for this position is $299,400 – $535,000. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See the Professorial Series (Adjunct, Clinical X, HS Clinical, In Residence, Ladder Rank) and Professor of Teaching Series – Health Sciences Compensation Plan. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan, which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
