6. Use of Cookies
We use cookies and other tracking technologies to personalize your experience, analyze user trends, and improve the Services. These tracking technologies allow us to collect information such as your device type, browser type, interactions with our Site, general location information, your web request, the date and time of your web request, your Internet Protocol address, and the domain name of your Internet service provider. If this information can reasonably be linked to you, including when combined with other information, we treat this information as Personal Information.
When you first visit our Site, you will see a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences by category. We do not deploy analytics, advertising, social media, or other non-essential cookies until you have made a choice. You may change your preferences at any time by clicking “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer of any page on our Site.
We may use the following types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are essential for you to browse the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site. Examples include cookies that maintain your session as you navigate between pages and cookies that store your consent preferences.
- Functionality cookies. Also known as “preference cookies,” these cookies allow a website to remember choices you have made in the past, such as your preferred language or login preferences, so you can automatically log in.
- Analytics cookies. Also known as “performance cookies,” these cookies collect information about how you use a website, such as the pages you visit and the links you click. This information is generally aggregated and used to understand and improve website performance. In some cases, these cookies may be provided by third-party analytics providers acting on our behalf.
- Advertising cookies. These cookies may track your online activity to help deliver more relevant advertising or to limit how often you see an advertisement. These cookies may share information with third-party advertising partners and are typically set by third parties. Sharing information through these cookies may constitute “sharing” of Personal Information under California law (Section 15).
We may use pixel tags (also called web beacons or tracking pixels) – small image files that allow us and our third-party partners to monitor page views, track actions on our Site, and measure the effectiveness of marketing communications. Pixel tags may collect your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. Our cookie and pixel vendors are identified in our Cookie Preference Center, accessible via “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer of our Site.
If you have questions about cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org or contact us at [email protected].
7. Your Choices
Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by clicking “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer of any page on our Site, which opens our cookie preference center. You may accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or adjust individual category settings. If you prefer to manage cookies through your browser, guidance is available at the links below; however, browser-level controls do not constitute withdrawal of consent under applicable law and may not affect all tracking technologies.
Disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using core features of our Site or Talent Network. Strictly necessary cookies will remain active to support site functionality.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Your browser may offer you a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services (including behavioral advertising services) that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities over time and across different websites and platforms. There is no universally agreed-upon standard for what an organization should do when it detects a DNT signal. Currently, we do not monitor or take any action with respect to DNT signals.
We do, however, honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When our Site detects a GPC signal from your browser or browser extension, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising and analytics purposes, to the extent required by applicable law, including the CCPA. No additional steps are required; the signal is processed automatically.
Learn more about Do Not Track.
Communication Preferences
With your consent, DSG Global communicates with you via a variety of media. To help us make emails more useful and interesting, we use pixels that enable us to see if you open emails from us, if your computer supports such capabilities. You can opt out of receiving emails from us at any time. To manage your communications preferences with DSG Global — or to opt out of communications entirely — please unsubscribe at the bottom of our emails or contact us at [email protected].
Text Messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile telephone number through a contact, inquiry, or Talent Network form on our Site and submit
the form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from DSG | Global at that number. Message frequency may vary. Message

DSG | Global does not share or sell consumer personal information (including phone numbers) to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead purposes. For more information, please see our Terms of
Use and this Privacy Notice.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. We use Google Analytics for our own measurement and reporting, and we have it configured to prevent Google from using the information collected through DSG Global’s Google Analytics account for Google’s own purposes.
Read more about how Google uses your Personal Information or opt-out of Google Analytics.
8. How We Share Your Information
We share Personal Information only as described in this Notice, including to provide our Services, support our business operations, and comply with legal obligations. We do not share your mobile telephone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that transmit text messages on our behalf.
Clients
When a client organization retains DSG Global to conduct an executive search, we may share relevant candidate information with the client as part of the search process. DSG Global does not present a candidate to a client for consideration for a specific role without first contacting that individual and obtaining their agreement to be considered.
In limited circumstances, before contacting a candidate, we may use publicly available professional information to develop or calibrate a search profile or assess the market. In those cases, we do not disclose non-public candidate profile information without the candidate’s agreement.
The client’s subsequent use of your information is governed by the client’s own privacy policies.
Service Providers
We share your Personal Information with our third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, data storage, analytics, communications, and information technology services. Certain disclosures involving these technologies may be considered “sharing” under California law. For more information and your choices, please see the “Use of Cookies” and “Your California Privacy Rights” sections.

10. International Transfers of Personal Information

11. Security
We use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect Personal Information. These measures may include access controls and authentication requirements, encryption of Personal Information in transit and at rest, regular review and testing of our security measures, employee training on data privacy and security, and contractual obligations on service providers to maintain appropriate security. We also limit access to Personal Information to personnel and service providers who have a legitimate business need to access it.
Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping any Site passwords confidential. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you believe your account security has been compromised), please contact us at [email protected]. In the event of a personal data breach that creates risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and relevant supervisory authorities as required by applicable law.
12. Retention of Personal Information
We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, as required by law or contract, or as may be needed in connection with potential litigation or investigations. After the applicable period, we will delete, destroy, or anonymize your Personal Information.
The criteria we use to determine retention periods include: the purpose for which the information was collected and whether that purpose has been fulfilled; whether the information is subject to a legal, regulatory, or contractual obligation requiring us to keep it; whether a litigation hold or regulatory inquiry requires preservation; and whether you have requested deletion. We do not retain Personal Information in identifiable form beyond the period reasonably necessary for these purposes.
In some circumstances, we may anonymize your Personal Information for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use it indefinitely without further notice to you.

- Suggesting that you receive a different price, rate, or level of goods or services.
This includes the right of current and prospective employees not to be retaliated against for exercising their CCPA rights.
