Amy’s search practice is dedicated to supporting mission-driven institutions through leadership search and organizational development. She partners with a wide range of clients including colleges and universities, nonprofit organizations, education-focused foundations, and mission-aligned international institutions. Her portfolio spans public and private entities—from liberal arts colleges and large research universities to national nonprofits and cross-sector collaboratives—placing leaders in academic, administrative, and programmatic roles.
Known for her consultative approach, Amy works closely with clients throughout the entire search process, tailoring each engagement to reflect the organization’s unique culture, mission, and goals. She brings a deep commitment to equity and inclusion and is recognized for fostering search processes grounded in transparency, collaboration, and respect for all participants.
Before transitioning into executive search, Amy held leadership and advisory roles in a range of educational and nonprofit settings. Most recently, she served as Assistant Dean for Graduate and International Programs at Cardozo School of Law, where she developed postgraduate programs and international partnerships. Her previous roles include Director of the Office of Academic Affairs at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s Rothberg International School; Director of Academic Advising at Queens College, CUNY; and advisor and program director at NYU’s Stern School of Business. She also served as a resident director for Semester at Sea, supporting student development in a global learning environment.
Amy holds a BA in English literature from Binghamton University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an MA in higher education administration from New York University. She has also pursued doctoral coursework in comparative international education at Columbia University. Based in New York City, Amy sings in a rock choir, explores the city’s rich cultural scene, and enthusiastically follows her Zumba instructor’s every move.
