Jennifer comes to EWF with over sixteen years of Operations and programmatic experience in both the nonprofit and private sectors. Jennifer began her career helping women in Africa start their own small businesses to support their families, and she is especially passionate about empowering women to seek leadership roles in traditionally male dominated industries. She specializes in creating processes and operational efficiencies in a growing organization and she is excited to help drive positive change and support women at all levels in their professional journeys.

Jennifer resides in New Orleans, Louisiana and has a BA in Sociology and Communications from University of Oregon along with various Professional Certifications from Rice University and University of Colorado.
