About Georgia Alliance for Progress
The Georgia Alliance for Progress (the Alliance) is a coalition of individual donors and institutional funders dedicated to the strategic and financial health of Georgia’s multi-issue progressive movement. We are united by a belief that effective government plays a critical role in making our state a prosperous and equitable place to live, work, and thrive. We are committed to grassroots community organizing, strategic coordination, and building robust coalitions.
The Alliance funds Georgia civic engagement organizations and advises other funders on how to direct investment in our state to build strong, year-round organizing for progressive policy and electoral wins. We also coordinate plans and strategies for an extensive network of state-based organizations, and through training and support, strengthen the skills and impact of these groups.
Compensation and Benefits
The Executive role is a full-time position based in Atlanta and will require traveling from time to time to visit partners and members throughout Georgia and nationally. Some remote work is acceptable. Compensation starting at $170,000+ per year. The final salary will be determined based on experience and negotiated during the interview process.
