As a Business Development Associate, Alyssa leads the development of tailored and compelling proposals and pitch presentations, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm’s practice areas to advance new opportunities. She partners closely with the Nonprofit and Social Impact Practice Leader and Senior Vice President, Search Operations and Quality on driving priorities and projects forward.

In addition, Alyssa manages DSG | Koya’s social media presence on LinkedIn shaping strategy and execution by highlighting active searches, celebrating placed leaders, amplifying thought leadership and driving marketing campaigns. Through her work, Alyssa thoughtfully engages clients, candidates, and external partners while strengthening the visibility and voice of DSG | Koya across the nonprofit sector.

Alyssa’s prior experience at DSG | Koya includes roles in research and search operations, where she honed her skills in candidate identification, resource development, and knowledge management—building a strong foundation she brings to her business development and broad stewardship work today.
