Edgewood University seeks a highly collaborative, innovative, and experienced academic leader to serve as its next Dean for the College of Business, Communications, and Technology.
The Dean will report directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, playing a key role in guiding the institution’s strategic direction, aligned with its Catholic and Dominican mission and values. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of navigating the complexities of higher education through clear academic vision, curricular innovation, creative partnerships, and strong engagement with faculty.

Students have recently studied in Argentina, Australia, China, the Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, with opportunities in more than 40 countries. Students gain hands-on experience at places like the American Family Children’s Hospital, Centro Hispano, CUNA Worldwide Council, Dane County Sheriff’s Department, Madison Metropolitan School District, SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Madison, and Wisconsin State Assembly. 95 percent of students within the graduate field of study earn job placement one year after graduation.
Edgewood University is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities and the National Collegiate Athletics Association and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Its most recent accreditation reaffirmation from the HLC took place in 2018-2019, and its next will take place in 2028–2029.

The anticipated salary range for the role is currently $140,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience. Edgewood University also offers a highly competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
