The EVP & COO will also partner closely with the EVP & Chief Physician Executive to advance Wellstar’s academic and research mission, strengthening clinical education, physician engagement, and innovation across the system.
The new EVP & COO will be a key member of the leadership team to achieve Wellstar Health System’s goals of top tier Vizient leader, magnet and CMS 5-star designation for all hospitals, continued revenue growth, improving health outcomes and an employer of choice. Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide operations across hospitals, ambulatory platforms, medical groups, and/or service lines.
- Proven success operating at scale within organizations comparable in complexity to Wellstar; preferably in nationally recognized systems such as large nonprofit, academic, or integrated healthcare delivery network.
