The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead and elevate CAVA’s talent strategy, shaping how the organization attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing, values-aligned workforce. The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition serves as a key ambassador for CAVA's culture and values. They will advance the design and implementation of the organization’s talent acquisition and retention strategy to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across a virtual, mission-driven environment. This leader will help strengthen and scale the recruitment function by balancing strategic input with hands-on execution. In close partnership with the Executive Director, HR, the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle, contribute to innovative DEIB-aligned practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture. The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, will supervise two Recruiters and a Recruiting Assistant while overseeing key talent processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job descriptions, offer letters, and other organizational development initiatives that support long-term organizational success.
