Reporting directly to the President, the Provost leads Academic Affairs with a spirit of collaboration, innovation, and care, stewarding a comprehensive portfolio: academic programs and planning; accreditation and assessment; faculty affairs and development; student success; the library; research and sponsored programs; academic budget planning; and strategic partnerships that connect learning to careers and regional vitality. The successful candidate will be an experienced, future‑focused academic leader with a demonstrated record of collaborative governance; a deep commitment to teaching, scholarship, and creative activity, and the ability to galvanize a Culture of Care across the academic enterprise.
