Executive Director, Global Campus

Tuskegee University (TU) invites nominations and applications for the inaugural Executive Director of the Tuskegee University Global Campus.

Tuskegee University seeks an executive leader to serve the Institution in the launch of the Tuskegee University Global Campus (TUGC). Reporting to the Provost, this individual will establish and operationalize an integrated online learning infrastructure that unifies and elevates current offerings into a high-quality, scalable, and sustainable online ecosystem. The Executive Director will drive business planning, platform build-out and launch, faculty engagement, and institutional change management to position TUGC as an international model of online education that supports workforce needs and advances the University’s vision of expanding access to quality education.

The Executive Director will guide the development of delivery platforms, new programs, support the growth of existing offerings, and direct faculty and staff engagement to ensure excellence in online teaching and learning. This role represents a transformational leadership opportunity to design scalable systems, foster innovative academic pathways, and position Tuskegee University as a leader in accessible, mission-driven online education.
