NYU Langone Health seeks a new Regional Vice President for Human Resources for Long Island & HR Innovation. The new Regional Vice President for Human Resources & HR Innovation will oversee the human resources strategy for NYU Langone’s Long Island campuses, which include:

This exciting role will also be responsible for HR Innovation across the entire healthcare system, driving new HR models, best practices, and advancing new initiatives to meet and exceed system-wide strategic goals.

Reporting to the System EVP and Vice Dean, Human Resources, this role will ensure operational excellence by overseeing all aspects of HR services across both campuses. The RVP will partner with hospital senior leadership, ambulatory network leaders, and the Perlmutter Cancer Center to promote a positive and engaged workforce. As a member of the system-wide HR senior leadership team, the RVP will participate in setting an integrated strategic plan and lead innovation for human resources.

The ideal candidate will offer a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in human resources, and a track record of leading large, enterprise-wide change initiatives that lead to consistent high-performance. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Healthcare Administration or a related discipline is required. This role will be onsite position.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be  $350K to $425K with additional bonus and benefits, commensurate with experience and background.
