Jen Holmes joins Getty with 25 years of experience in art museums spanning executive affairs, fundraising, and technology. Most recently at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), she led a digital transformation that unified siloed systems and teams into an integrated ecosystem, expanding revenue and engagement opportunities. Earlier in her career, she led LACMA’s annual giving programs, and was the Director of Development at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art.

As a leader, strategist, and collaborator, she believes technology has the power to connect people with cultural experiences that spark wonder, deepen understanding, and help us build a better world together. Holmes graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin with a BA in Studio Art, Art History, and Business, and earned an MBA in Management. Currently, she serves on the Board of the Museum Computer Network.
