Tammy Schillin serves as the operations and administrative lead for DSG Global’s Fundraising & Advancement practice, where she oversees the seamless execution of day-to-day search operations. She manages all aspects of scheduling, logistics, and client communications, ensuring a highly coordinated experience for both clients and candidates. As the central liaison for active searches, Tammy plays a critical role in aligning internal teams and external stakeholders, driving efficiency, and maintaining operational excellence across engagements.
With a proven track record in project management and operational leadership, Tammy has supported complex assignments for a distinguished roster of institutions, including Harvard University, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Smithsonian Institution, Center for Strategic & International Studies, Public Radio International, The Public Theater, American Museum of Natural History, Georgetown University, Rhode Island School of Design, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Yale Law School, International Fund for Animal Welfare, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health and the Geisel School of Medicine, Sierra Club, African Parks Network, National Constitution Center, Folger Shakespeare Library, Columbia University, Boston Symphony Orchestra, University of Pennsylvania, GBH Boston, Union Theological Seminary, Cornell University, Tulane University, Making Waves Foundation, American Academy in Rome, and Virginia Tech.
Prior to joining DSG in 2012, Tammy built a diverse career in museum education, nonprofit administration, and development. She also supported senior executives in corporate finance, investment banking, and private equity in New York, bringing a breadth of experience in both mission-driven and corporate environments to her role.
