Her focus has been on partnering with hospitals and healthcare systems on talent acquisition, executive and diversity recruitment, organizational assessments, and pipeline development.

With nearly 15 years of executive search experience, Neysa has worked to secure top C-suite talent for a wide array of organizations, including nonprofit associations, highly ranked academic medical centers, and some of the largest healthcare systems in the country.
