As Senior Director of Development and Performance Management, Michelle leads DSG’s performance management cycles and champions initiatives that support employee development. She also plays a key role in internal hiring as the DSG team continues to expand.

Prior to joining DSG, Michelle was the Talent Recruitment Director at Hiawatha Academies, where she led sourcing and recruiting for the K-12 network.

Michelle was an elementary school teacher with Minneapolis Public Schools and Higher Ground Academy. As a Teach for America alum, she believes in supporting students and families as they navigate our education systems.
