Laura Bertonazzi joined DSG Global after an established career in Student Affairs and Enrollment at Regis College in Weston, MA. At Regis, she advanced through a series of leadership roles across Student Affairs and Enrollment, overseeing key areas such as admissions, academic advising, case management, residence life, student conduct, veterans affairs, and accessibility services. Most recently, she served as Dean of Undergraduate Enrollment and Retention, where she led the university’s strategic efforts in enrollment management, financial aid, tuition discounting and NTR, and student retention. She has extensive committee experience, including leading accreditation committees, compliance teams, partnership initiatives, and training and development initiatives across populations. Laura has a depth of search experience in senior administrative and academic leadership roles at private and public universities across the United States and internationally.
Before transitioning to higher education, Laura worked in the nonprofit sector as an educator and educational advocate for court-committed youth.
Laura brings extensive experience in first-generation student support, B2B education pathways, academic program development, degree completion pipelines, regulatory compliance, disability and accessibility practices, Title IX, and strategic and operational planning. Laura served on the NASPA Region I board and has presented regionally and nationally on strategic enrollment, change management, mission integration, student conduct, ADA best practices, and compassion fatigue among student affairs staff.
Laura presently serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of New England, where she leads doctoral courses in change management, policy analysis, research methods, theoretical frameworks and critical analysis, and dissertation development. Previously, she taught coursework on law, policy, criminal justice, and corrections at the undergraduate level.
Laura holds a BA in English and Spanish, summa cum laude, from Regis College. She received her MS, Justice Studies from Suffolk University. She earned her Ed.D., Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of New England.
Based in the Boston area, Laura volunteers within her local community and co-chairs a patient and family advisory council for a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
