Dustin Laws is a Managing Director in the Corporate Practice at DSG Global and is based in Philadelphia. His practice is centered on executive recruitment of financial and operations leadership for an array of clients in the business, professional, and commercial services sectors. Dustin brings experience working across ownership structures including public companies, private partnerships, and private capital-sponsored organizations.

Prior to joining DSG, Dustin served as a Principal with Heidrick & Struggle’s Global Financial Officers Practice working on executive search and talent advisory mandates within the office of the CFO. Prior to his role with Heidrick, Dustin was a Managing Director with the Law Firm Management practice at Major, Lindsey & Africa and led search engagements for C-Suite professionals across all business operations functions for AmLaw 100 and AmLaw 200 firms.
