Carla Logan has more than 30 years of experience in executive search. She currently serves as the Co-Practice Leader and Managing Associate of the Board practice and is a member of the Corporate group. With a base in Atlanta, Carla supports organizations from coast to coast, bringing national perspective to her work.

In her role, Carla brings deep expertise in market analysis and organizational intelligence, consistently delivering strategic insights that support client success. She significantly enhances business development initiatives by delivering comprehensive market analyses and in-depth company insights, drawing on a rich array of internal and external resources.​ 

Previously, Carla was with Heidrick & Struggles International as a Senior Associate for 12 years. Prior to that, she was the Project Manager for a boutique research firm, Innovative Search LLC, where she was responsible for business development, client management, and candidate development.

Carla began her career executing C-suite search assignments for Fortune 500 corporations with Egon Zehnder International, one of the leading executive search firms in the nation.
