As a Senior Search Coordinator, Amanda assists with all administrative aspects of the search process, with a special focus on project management, logistics management, search operations, internal team support, and client and candidate care.

Amanda joined DSG in 2021 with a strong background in administrative and project management, having held several operational support roles in both for- and non-profit organizations. A long-time former resident of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Amanda spent 13+ working in the local healthcare industry. Prior to DSG | Koya, Amanda worked in the human resources department at Outer Cape Health Services, Inc., a group of non-profit federally qualified community health centers located on Cape Cod. Working as a Medical Staff Coordinator, she partnered with the organization’s Chief Medical Officer on medical provider recruitment. While recruiting for the healthcare practices, she learned the importance of sourcing mission-driven candidates who are passionate about providing services to an underserved community.

Previously, Amanda’s also held roles as a Medical Office Manager/Administrator for various medical practices on Cape Cod. She has obtained numerous administrative support certificates and earned a Registered Medical Manager designation. A life-long lover of travel, Amanda has also spent time living and working abroad in Dublin, Ireland.

Amanda recently relocated from Akron, OH to the Greater Buffalo/Niagara area. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Western NY with her partner and two pugs.
