Abby brings to executive search recruitment nearly a decade of experience in both higher education and secondary education. She has served previously as a Senior Assistant Director of Admissions at her undergraduate alma mater, where she managed enrollment communications, before transitioning to a college counseling role at a private secondary school. She has helped lead searches for the roles of president/chancellor, provost, dean, and other senior leaders at different institutions across the nation from R1 AAU institutions to small liberal arts colleges and all those in between.

Before joining Storbeck Search (now DSG | Storbeck), Abby also worked as an auxiliary application reader for the Wharton MBA program. Abby previously served her undergraduate alma mater as a member of the young alumni council.
